I am a lic. physiotherapist and lic. personal trainer (PT). Exercise, training, healthy living and an active lifestyle in general are essential parts of my every day life.
My experiences from running, weight training, functional training, dancing and yoga to surfing, skiing and ball games gives me a broad understanding of and knowledge in how to achieve and maintain a healthy and sporty lifestyle.
